Am i right in thinking that he's swapped the inlet&exhaust manifolds from side to side??? Could have sworn the turbo was usually on the n/s

No, don't think so... Google Images search for 'Cosworth YB' shows it's that way round.

Get it down the paint booth sharpish, black, yellow and red paint in hand! The current paint job doesn't do the workmanship justice.

From reading the thread is it not: This is its last incarnation and he's now rebuilding it to look like this Matt

No, he's just used them as formers(bucks?) to make the moulds for the 'glass ones, by the looks of it he's nearly finished cutting bits out and is starting the sewing back together process. Awesome work rate on the thread too............. ...........aaand it's coming back even lower!

Yep awesome bit if kit the guy who owns it is a really nice chap spent ages asking him questions about it at the South West Motor Show (small modified car show in Newton Abbott) a few year back. You want to see the original photos of when he first got the car and the evolution of it, truly epic. A pic from 2007 (was getting a little tatty and he said he was going to restore it again, man of his word!)
