Car porn! Damn, gutted, forgot all about this!! Far more cars there than I thought too. I have spent the day a mere 3 miles away doing pretty much curse word all too! Thanks for posting pics......a close second to being there

Another one of those threads where there's no real point in going "Ooh, I like that one", because I like all of them. Especially that Pantera. And the Mustang on big rims. And the 405 T16. And the black Jag XK120(?) on black wires. And.... ;D EDIT: Had to re-read that first sentence though, didn't think there'd be much of a hip hop scene in Faversham...

1989 Peugeot 205. You know, the one that was parked in a ditch on the campsite at RRG'17... the glass is always full. but the ratio of air to water may vary.

I'll definitely be going back to this next year - there was way more there than I was expecting and this was only the first year of the event, so I'm sure it'll be even bigger in 2011! Only £12 to get in too. Worth every penny.

I have spent the day a mere 3 miles away doing pretty much jolly pain in the backside all too! Argh, I was literally next door too, getting a pain in the backside riding at about 0.1mph for 4 hours on the London Skyride ;D

Nice! Glad someone went to this. We'd been thinking about it but gave it a miss in the end. Obviously there are some top cars there but was it a good event? Seems like a lot of them are quite crammed in. Was there anything else going on?

Obviously there are some top cars there but was it a good event? Seems like a lot of them are quite crammed in. Was there anything else going on? The crammed-in-ness was actually kind of cool - if it had been busier then it might have been problematic, but it was nice to be edging through excitable enthusiasts and having loads of eclectic stuff side by side. Atmosphere-wise, and in terms of other stuff going on - I have to be honest, I couldn't say. We were both so hung over it was a case of looking at some cars, having a bit of a sit down, looking at some more cars, drinking some lemonade... we weren't flying the flag for R-R in terms of integration! But we did our best.

Seems like a lot of them are quite crammed in. Was there anything else going on? The atmos was definitely a step above any other classic car show I've been to this year by way of the quality of cars on show. There was a secluded section away from the cars that has some trade stands (and Derek Bell, who signed my programme ) and refreshment stands. Still a nice family atmosphere though.
