Anyone know of any barns that are rented out, or lock ups or garages etc? Need somewhere to store and work on my ever increasing collection of VWs, bikes and general tat- don't want to sell any more stuff!  Looking for somewhere around the Ipswich-Colchester-Sudbury area. Any shared space is fine too, or anyone wanting to share a larger place if we can find one. Cheers Dudes! |

i just posted this on another thread. its near manningtree-
there was talk of this the other day up at the site I'm on- in the workshop next door to me.
it has power (1ph and 3ph) gas and water. its a bit more delapidated than mine (needs a few holes in the roof and walls fixing, nothing you couldnt sort yourself very easily). they are converted greenhouses. it has a good solid perfectly level floors throughout and tall double doors, hardstanding out front. no cars outside and a 9pm cerfew.
but it would be a 4 way split of a 1100sq ft space, so youd basically get a 11'x25' (basically one car with plently of space to work around it and store tools/parts) space for about 60 quid a month all in.
the site is very secure, theres always people on site (some live here), you have to drive past the house to get in and its gated with dogs.
it could only go ahead if there is 4 definate clients, and it would be down to me to vet potential people more or less, particularly if I'm putting them forward.
