Provisional results (pending a few final clarifications)
Class A Up to 1500cc Normally Aspirated
(Full Results table Below)
Where I have details I'll put what I have down
1st Place
Congratulations to Adam Gallaway - 1964 1330cc Mini Cooper (Historic Race car)
(he also had the least points for a three lap run on his first run so I knew that it wasn't going to be slow)
2nd Place
Unfortunately I don't have the name of the 2nd Driver of the same car as they filled in one form for both runs hopefully one of them will post here if they go looking for the results
3rd Place
Martin Duncan "EmDee" in the VW Polo 1300 (Just a weber carb and an exhaust made a lively little car)
Honourable mentions goes to "dennismo" who under additional info put "mums car!"
Class B 1500 - 2500cc Normally Aspirated
(Full results in the table below)
1st Place
Congratulations to Andrew Bower "Phoenixescort" on coming first in what is always a very hotly contested class - I don't think the car needs much of an introduction and I'm deeply saddened by it's post event condition.
2nd Place
Marcus Mizer in a very sideways Escort MKII with no mods stated and 1100cc claimed - I didn't believe it so untill proven otherwise it's in Class B ;D
He also nearly dissproved my regular statement that sideways isn't the quickest way round a circuit!!! Now confirmed as c20xe on 45's
I had to put a finger on why he was so well placed despite having chucked it sideways mosty of the way round the track I'd have to say his box stops were very very sharp.
3rd Place
Judgie in the stripped and race prepared but still daily driver Porsche 924 - Like myself he also had to work the track session all day and then drained and de-hydrated got to run a few session on the bounce.
Class C
(Full Results table Below)
1st Place
Congratulations to Chris Guy "Blackvette" in the Chevrolet Corvette - No idea of any modifications but the exhaust makes a nice noise
2nd Place
That chap with an Opel Monza ended up doing it runs after the show had finished however it was independantly verified by the rest of the event team - and he got points for clouting cones
3rd Place
Rob Smith "Rob0r" in the BMW 735i considering it was an auto and slammed on coilovers it seemed quite at home on track
Honourable mentions go to "colonelk" and "big perm" for chucking their car about and not moving any cones and causing delays to the rest of the car drivers.
Class D Forced Induction below 1500cc
(Full Results table Below)
1st Place
Congratulations to Thomas Healey (I think "austin25uk") in the Smart 4/2 Brabus - The only comment on the entry slip is Loan Car!
2nd Place (Of course its 2nd place it's RR so positivity rules )
Steven Cox with the turbocharged Fiat 126 (I'm not sure but didn't that pick up an award on the show field?)
Class E Forced Induction above 1500cc
(Full Results table Below)
Where I have details I'll put what I have down
1st Place
Declan Hicks "Cpt Sideways" with his Toyota Cresta 500bhp (ish) Drift car however as the event stipulated car has to have a current MOT it can't be allowed (rules are rules ;D) (waits for Declan to PM me copy of MOT from it's pre converted life that covers Aug 8th)
1st Place
Conratulations to Steven Courts? in his 1981? Porsche 924 2.0 Turbo.
2nd Place
Colin Owen "Claymore" in his Volvo 850 T5 (rice 304 ECU and reversed intercooler pipework) Claymore missed 1 runs in the first session due retiring on the second run with what looked to be no boost but came back again and reliably did 3 more runs in a later session)
3rd Place
Gobinder Sura "namless" in his Volvo 945 which had sticky tyres on the front and ditch finders on the rear - did appear to be an unusual set up for a RWD car but the smoke screen was impressive.
Anybody know if the Chevy Camaro did a 2.8 V6 Turbo? (just in case Aiden Johnson had ticked wrong group)

1st Place
Notable mention rather than congratulations to Adam Phelps in his GSXR engined Locost - Circuit definately didn't suit it and motorbike engine clutches with peaky high reving engines are an intersting animal but when Adam started to get the hang of it it was frankly frapping quick - but with no MOT it has to be ruled out of the event. No offence intended Adam
Incidently Adams 205 RG Track car sheared a driveshaft on the start line which left him out of the event proper - sticky tyres may well have contributed to that one he thought.
1st Place
Congratulations go to the winner of Class B - Andrew Bower "Phoenixescort"
2nd Place
Adam Gallaway - 1964 1330cc Mini Cooper (Historic Race car) winner of Class A
3rd Place
Marcus Mizer in the Escort MKII who was 2nd in Class B (see previous comments)
