Well I'm hoping my father-in-laws 3 tonne industrial metal lathe should be big enough I've not put a not of thought as to how I'd cut the wheels, but I'm guessing the best way is to hire an air saw?? Argh! No don’t do that! simply ‘machine’ through them with the lathe! Otherwise how will you get the cut absolutely straight?!!!

Let me know when you're going to get 'em balanced... I'll buy shares in a lead mine... ;D lol - Will do....although my mate works for ATS so I won't be paying for it anyway! It'll take ages to machine through them wont it?

It'll take a while but, importantly, it will be square, run true and be perfectly round...
...Unless you mount the rim n a bolt hole instead of the centre of the it.

They are only 2-3mm thick... have them apart in no time ;D The most time consuming part is setting the wheels up to run true o9n the lathe Face plate and clamps with a DTI

I can put them in the chuck on my lathe Which is great if they are totally true to start with I`ve never seen a set run true when chucked up yet Big 4 jaw would be better than 3 but Faceplate works well
