We are reserving the space for the stands at the moment, just wanted to make sure everyone that is on a Retro Rides stand was aware of how it would work this year.
Rather than having one person sending out a load of passes and paying for the postage and all that stuff. We'll have the regional stand passes available at the campsite and at the gate. So you can pick yours up there. If a regional representative wants to take on the task of distributing theirs at the show they can pick them all up, which we'd prefer, or we can hand them out as people arrive until we run out of passes
Obviously this only works if we're told the stand size correctly and people know what stand they are going on. It also means you don't need to stop organising the stands right up until this coming Friday. So there is still time to pick up some more people
... mid week I'll do a run down of the expected stand sizes just as a reminder.
