Volvo 240's have 'em in 14in guise. Should set you back about £1.30 from the scrappers

MG Spares people (such as MGBHive, MOSS, Brown & Gamons, John Hills) do Stainless steel trim rings in 14 inch for MGB and 13 inch for Midget, they are meant for MG's with the Rostyle wheels. They are around £40 a set but quality is superb, I bought a set for my MGB GT and they Last/ never tarnish etc.

Early-mid 80’s FWD Cherry and Sunny came with 13” stainless steel trim rings on most models. Got a set hanging from my garage roof which I bang my head on every time I go in there.
You sometimes see a skinnier chrome ring on old rods and kustoms, I bet Jonny69 or one of our rodders could suggest a source for them.
