next week it's the old Bologna Children's Book fair so I'm off to sunny (hopefully) northern italy.
Captain camera phone will be joining me so I'll be keeping 'em peeled for interesting Italian steel. Not that I saw much last year and tbh the evenings go a bit blurry for some reason. Still, we'll see

Sounds cool, take plenty of pics. When my g/f was at uni for a year over in Italy I went over a few times, there are more Fiat 500 and 600's around than you would believe still existed. Also, they don't half shift when driven Italian style, small engine or not.
Last time I was there I spotted an old 60's 911 (2.4 S model if I remember correctly) in good condition and apparently abandoned in an underground car park. After lots of enquires the owner would not sell it which was a real shame 'cos I wanted to bring it back over here and had priced up shipping and everything!

I'm jealous I went to Bologna about 5 years ago, the first thing to greet me in the airport lounge was an orange Lamborghini Diablo in a glass case. ;D If you get the chance, drive the Futa pass to Florence, its one of the best driving roads in the world
