Friend of mine has a unit on a farm, just off the A421. Proper nice place with electric shutter and power included. It's part of a row of about 10 purpose built workshops, with clean access.
I'll try and get more details from him if you're interested, as I'm pretty sure there are some available at the moment.

Hi sorry to butt in but where abouts on the A421 are these units? me and a good mate of mine are looking for somewhere. cheers Paul.

They're out towards Great Barford on the old A421. If you come off the 421 at the Great Barford exit, turn right and follow the road down, the farm comes up on the left hand side. You access it over a bridge that crosses the "new" A421-A1 link. Last time I was up there, there was a sign at the end of the farm road advertising the units etc. to let with a phone number.

Went to get the phone number last night... Thanks for the info franster  Got it, but the units are too far away from me really. Ideally need something on the East of Bedford (Cranfield/Wootton/Stagsden area) I am willing to pay quite a lot for the right place |
