Anyone know a wizard are refurbing the ol' Q-jet?
I have one of dubious provenance and I could refurb it myself, of course, but I'd rather the car had an even chance of running right (or better) so paying for it doing is an option.
Maybe.
Who knows what?

just did the one on my 57 Caddy, took 3 attempts before it was right
the rebuild bit is pretty straight forward, you just have to make sure its spotlessly clean inside, an airline is handy to blow it through

I don't want to cough for a full refurb'd carb. I was hoping I could drag up someone who does a refurb on the existing carb and for cheap, obviously...
