OK, this is my first gallery post from the NSRA Billing Fun Run and the theme is trucks and vans. There a range of machines which hopefully suit all tastes...
There were squillions of pops. There will be more in another post later. Have this Forsdon variant to start the van & truck thread...
Its a brit rod, its Pop based, its a gasser, whats not to like?
This is a neat trick - a woodie panel van, I think its an Austin...
Skull murals in the flames. Rock & roll!
Remember "Death Car on The Freeway"?
Faux signage?
Original Elky. Nice
Hmmm....
......mmmmm
Nother Elky, "year two" this time...
I had a monogram kit of one which was kinda just like this. But with R-A-K-E
Its the WTF Express.
Thames is high rollin' and for sale. £8K was on the window. I have the number if anyone wants it.
Low flyin' rat rod pickup
How rare is this Hudson picky-yup? Rare.
Interesting Classic conversion, WIP I presume... I look forward to seeing this one finished.
I'm thinking of Cooter's truck on Dukes of Hazard. The TV show. Is that just me?
Mid-50's pickup has been thoroughly tango'd
So red it hurts your eyes.
Thats a oddly appealing look. Its for sale. No idea of price. I have the number.
Imagine block sanding this sucker to get it that glossy?
I have mixed opinions on "theme rods" but this one kinda works for me...
clean Chevy pickup has a tidy secret...
niiiiiiiiiice.....
bit of old school.
Bit of a military vibe.
Bit of a 90s vibe.
The Baldy Van.
Inch for inch the most patina in one place...
and finally....
A VW pickup. Meh, right?
Bed seems a bit wider than stock, but nothing too exciting, yeah?
Not the usual place for the engine cover though is it?
Something funny going on here. I recognise those rims.
And I'm pretty sure I recognise those instruments....
And that is a Dodge Viper V10 in there. Oh yes.
More later.
