Roots supercharger maps generally arnt 3D as they are constant volume and fixed to engine speed, the amount of air is always known. 3D maps are only used with centrifugal compressors.

According to first crack at your Excel sheet The 1600 Zetec SE will make 190hp ;D EDIT: At 9psi and 1.3 pulley ratio so the charger is running at 10.5K and well within its efficient operating range ;D 226 HP ;D ;D Cheers J, very useful spreadsheet for a Looksee Cheers Dom

Just a follow up I have found the maps I was looking for and thought I would share them on here: Might be of interest to those doing a supercharger conversion. J, perhaps we should compile a Supercharger FAQ thread, as I think between us we have most of it covered ;D What do you reckon ? Links and things ? Dos and donts etc Just a thought as it would keep all the info in one thread that could then be searched for or added as a link to a sig or something ? Cheers Dom

Nick Boost is not your friend Mine is coming along quite nicely, Pick up the new engine this weekend Ordered the new Bell Housing, clutch and Release arm today with my 20% trade discount ;D ;D Need to make engine mounts, oil filter take off plate, Supercharger mounts, exhaust manifold flange and modify the S2000 manifold to suit Inlet manifold flange and modify charge cooler to suit Got the ECU organised Got the chargecooler and super charger Ordered the low pressure lift pumps to go in the Premier Kevlar Bag tank, got Scooby High pressure in tank pump as well, need to run new fuel return line, make a New Tank sealing plate with outlets etc. Ordered chargecooler electric pump too, need to make a swirl pot/reservoir and sort a Radiator (Scooter rad will do nicely ;D ) Picking up the Piazza tomorrow for the Axle (LSD) and front brakes ;D Still need to Turret the rear to suit So Getting there, hopefully this weekend will be spent making Engine/supercharger mountings either in Steel or in MDF as Patterns to make the real ones up here in Steel during the week with the benefit of the Fab/machine shop at work ;D Cheers Dom
