Hey a proper breadvan! If you want my opinion and ideas I'd say spend your dollar on tidying this up - get it really nice. PLEEEASE stay away from all the usual VW scene nasty rat look wibblepoo (my opinion). It's looking really nice in the shots with the new wheels on. How about getting the paintwork sorted out below the lower swage line? It looks mostly superficial rust spots and stonechips, resprayed white it'd be very nice I reckon. Any other localised damage or rust could be sorted at the same time. Clean, straight white panels FTW! Your half coded bumpers will work well too. The alloys too are very nice, no need for 8" rims or slammed suspension here - the stance is just right as it is. Great for a daily practical ride. BTW how did you lower it? If it's just via cutting or sport spring set I'd really recommend a decent set of shorter stroke dampers to go with them. Far better ride quality and improved handling. Top mounts don't last long so are worth replacing as a matter of course. Nylon front anti roll bar blocks are excellent too, check out Gladerseite website for them. For other ideas how about a nice set of Corrado or Scirocco seats (straight swap), GT instrument panel and cloth door cards assuming the existing ones are base spec vinyl? All simple plug and play stuff that isn't expensive. Further down the line and budget permitting, GT mpi engine and 'box makes for a superb performance/fuel economy conversion. Lovely van mate, keep us updated. If you rub the paint off the bonnet and let it rust I'll cry and stamp! Cheers, Richard.

Hey that's cool! I've never seen a van before, I had one with glass in the back! Brilliant cars, and with 84k I'd be keeping a hold of it! I reckon it'd look good with the bodywork sorted, and painted brown.. then lowered a bit more on black deep dish euro wheels with a polished lip. I like the bumpers and the yellow fogs, I always find white a little difficult to work with. Just my two pence, whatever you decide to do, good luck
