As Uncle Norm says, contact Recaro to see if they hold any stock of the fabric or if they know where you might be able to source some more??
You may need to supply photos as well as what model/year of car the seats were from.

Thanks for the response chaps  I forgot to mention - Recaro told me this morning that it was discontinued some years ago. I have a few leads, rest assured I will keep you updated  |

Hey, just thought of something. The Porsche classic 911 crowd, being extremely well-heeled and anal about originality, would absolutely INSIST on having this fabric available for resto of their classic Recaros.
May I suggest contacting some 911 owners clubs and suppliers. Gotta be out there. Gotta be. Gotta, gotta, gotta. There's a market, and it's only corduroy in black. Not woven gold braid ffs.

Try this lot - they make modern replicas of old Scheel and Recaro seats so should have a supply of fabric. www.bf-torino.de/Failing that, perhaps try this fella from in the good ol' US of A. Try Aldridge Trimming. They do alot of the retrims for the mk1 & mk2 Escort boys. Beta Cloth etc etc. Your seats look like Capri ones so they may have a similar fabric.
