Not a part for sale I know, but we have 3 unit spaces to fill asap in our unit just outside Notts. Spaces are plenty big enough for a car with a decent amount of working space (room enough to open the doors at least!). Has water and electric, and a set of 4post ramps. £80 a space PCM Probably best to email me on Rich@SBP.me.uk  |

do you do short term rents, and is there a suitable space to spray in? I basically just need a suitable space to spray a car in.

It's less than ideal for painting, you'd have to make a booth up, and then we do flocking which gets EVERYWHERE! Ideally looking for people to stay long term too.
The ramps have now gone also!
Still one space left though boys and girls!
