it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

worth the trip to get all your future toys done ? Definitely. He's a top bloke, and what's more, likes his old motors. The kind of MOT tester you need!

Yay, another retro through the dreaded test ! I absolutely hate taking my Min for the MoT, I`d rather go to the dentist with no anesthetic. Even if I know there`s nothing wrong with it there`s nothing worse than waiting for the verdict

trades under 'Bobtails' at Stapleford, should be in yellow pages/phone book.
mention that DUBLIMINAL recommended him, and don't use the comedy bit, its our little secret...oops.
he told me yesterday he does about 150 of our club cars a year so we're in his good books with all that trade.

Always a nice feeling when your car passes its MOT, The Derby passed the other week too - also needed a CV gaiter before hand and its idle mixture fiddling with to pass the emissions - must be a Polo thing Whilst the front suspension was apart I got the garage to fit some new Boge stuts & some lowering spring caps - so its come back with a less wallowy ride & more importantly a better stance I rather begrudge letting a garage do work which I think I would be able to tackle myself - but being so pushed for time before the MOT & the fact that its bl**dy fleezing outside at the mo, meant the garage fees were probably well worth it (though not doing anything for that feeling of achievment after doing something yourself )
