What is it, a Capri? Expect to find a lot more rust when you start cutting the old stuff out. Allow at least 6 months I reckon, maybe a year.

If it be an early Capri that has been out of commission for a long time then check those door pillars

motor runs, sound sweet, then sometimes dies due to a lack of backpressure (hopefully!) unless you rev it. the n2o can be 20. its 86, and ive welded about 3/5 bits. theere 2 other bits but there a wing off job each side, so they can go f*ck themselves.

no 'zorsts on it yet? you also might be fooling the lamba sensor. All mannerof poor running problems can be fixed by fitting up proper exhausts. I hava slight blow in the Olds, doesn't blow all the time for some odd reason, anyway, when it blows the car idles bad. When its quiet, the car idles well. I think its a split at the bottom of one downpipe.
It will all be worth it when its done.
