It's a garage round the back of a fellas house. Apparantly built to house 4 big bikes. I forgot to take my camera but it'd be fine to store a regular size uk car or ideal work space for something small ie; mini, imp etc. Has a couple of smalldesks and (best of all) lighting and eleccy. Last tenent kept a Mustang in there apparantly.
It's on Gumtree for £100 all in pcm. Spoke to the fella when I took a look and he seemed reasonable enough.
I let it go because it's probably a smidge small, 6 months too soon and TBH I'd rather be in a communal space for tool swappage and help/helping others etc.
