workshop to rent private use notts/sheff

looking for unit to rent only idealy need it to be big say 25ftx20

anything bigger is a bounus looking to use it for private use to get tome work done on cars .

not to botherd about running water or electric i can sort those problems out .

cheaper the better even a old barn in middle of nowhere will do .

locarion around nottingham/mansfeild/sheffield rea is all fine but open to suggestions
