Well basically for the last 9 weeks me and my dad have been sweating and grinding our teeth just to complete this little baby. A few teething problems such as a leaking cylinder! All fixed now as luckily found a donor bike with a spare cylinder... Exhaust studs sheared off- sorted! not! Oh well lol.
