Set of four Hayashi Racing rims in 6x14 with a +7 offset. PCD is 4x120mm which is the same as some Mazdas (RX5 and 121 variants, 1500/1800 and 929L) and Honda (Mk1 Civic, Mk1 Accord and 1300 saloon and coupe) or you could get a set of hub adaptors from T3 and fit them to whatever you want. I bought them for my Mk1 Civic originally but have since got some SSR split rims for it. To use them on a Civic you'd need to add about an inch of flare to the front arches otherwise they'd stick out. They are in great shape with no damage and have the proper center caps. I have given one of them a quick buff and they come up looking good. Looking for £195ono which is a good bit less than it cost me to get them from Japan! Sorry about the grainy pic, I'll try and take a decent one tomorrow. The wheels are near Louth in Lincolnshire but I can post them if need be. I expect postage would be around the £30 mark but I can check to be sure. Post or PM me on here if you're interested or email Cheers, -Ed

Hmmm, shame they aint 114.3 otherwise I'd have had them 'just in case' If they were 4x114.3 they'd have been gone long ago! Can't see me buying anything else on a 4x120 PCD and I've got far too many sets of rims already plus two more sets in transit. Not many people will be able to make use of these but for anyone with that pattern, cool rims are really hard to find.

I was looking at some awesome rare SSRs on there the other day that I may well have to get. What do you normally end up paying to get yours landed?

Very, very true. I was looking at some awesome rare SSRs on there the other day that I may well have to get. What do you normally end up paying to get yours landed? It varies quite a bit with each set and it doesn't help when the exchange rates are all over the place. Your never converting directly from Yan to Sterling either, always Yen to Dollars then Dollars to Sterling so you can get hit if both exchange rates are poor. Here's an example for a cheap-ish set of wheels though. At initial purchase you pay the following... Set of 4 wheels Y11500 = $133.72. Commision $27 Handling fee $15 (includes basic internal shipping fee) All in $175.72 (£120.99) Int shipping extra $6.63 (£4.53) (extra cost above basic internal shipping fee) Shipping over here (surface) $139.05 (£93.32) includes another handling fee due to size Total $321.40 (£218.84) Not mega cheap but overall not bad as you'd pay that much for some far less interesting wheels over here. Incidentally, you can go fedex but on this example it would have been $226.37 so about £56 more. If you're in no hurry surface mail is a decent saving, plus there's always the chance you'll not get hit by Customs (fedex ALWAYS goes through customs). If you do get reamed by HMRC it'll add another £30 to £40 to the total.

Just got to decide which sets I want to keep. Might be Star Sharks, Weds Racing or Dunlop LM24's, dunno yet. I also have a pair of 7x14 Weds Racing in 4x120 if they are of any use to anyone. Thus...

I know there's a few, but Id rather go with one I know someone has used successfully

^^ This info ^^ about the cost of buying & importing wheels is far too dangerous and should recieve a strict warning for anyone remotely interested in J-style wheels. I, for one, can foresee my bank account ruined and the racking at Area 52 filled with alloy delights of the circular nature.
Thanks for the info, one of the most informative posts I've read about the costs involved in importing wheels. I might have to consider changing my fleet to 100% 4x114.3 cars now ;D

The only 4x100 wheels I have here are some 14" Watanabe RS8 in a FWD offset. The centers need repainting black but they are straight...

I'm afraid the Hayashi Streets are now sat in my unit waiting for their turn to be fitted to a car.
Thanks RatDat for being so good to deal with and packaging the wheels up so well. They arrived in perfect condition and have been gaining many admirers since being added to the A52 wheel collection. ;D
