me and a mate are looking for someone to take a place in our unit after mates pulling out. its an old nursery/ greenhouse thing thats boarded up round the walls. has concrete floor and opening windows for ventilation. has enough space for 4 people to work on cars with tools and storage etc... padlock on the doors and coded gate on the property. cost is about 133 a month each (400 total did have 4 but due to puddle better off with 3) we need someone reliable who is gonna want to be there for a while...
