Some real cool stuff on here... motorbicycling.com/Been thinking for some time about getting a cheap mountain bike and a Villiers 2-stroke...

... the only injury I sustained was a bumped head when I let the seatbelt of without realizing the car was upside down and that's not really the car's fault.

Ive looked into this because I like mountainbiking but I'm lazy.
It seems like a lot of hassle to use one legally in this country. You need to get it SVA'd as a motorbike complete with most of the motorbike stuff like stands and lights.
There isnt really anywhere else i could use one, even greenlaning needs to be fully road legal taxed and insured. So unless you have a massive private field, it would be too easy to get caught up in an illegal kids on bikes crackdown and get it confiscated.
Ive decided it is a lot easier to just get something like a derbi senda 50cc. (i can ride a 50 on my licence without doing a CBT)

I'd love one, but as mentioned above, it would be a hell job to get on the road and even then insurance companies would just go "what on gods earth is that?"
