Awesome! having a the second engine engine means you can play with tuning  on a bit of a downer i reckon puting it back together may prove two much, the gearbox will be have tons of little fiddly bits but thats all, the two stroke part could be done blind folded, make sure the piston is in the right way around, tried www.carlsalter.com/motorcycle-manuals.asp for a manual for ya but no luck, how confident are you that it'll go back together? 20 ought to buy you a together but blown engine to use as a blueprint, nearly cheaper then a book. any mods planned or is it just a resto an go?  |

i don't see many nuts and bolts in that lot - does the seller claim the bike is totally complete?
finding gaskets for that engine might be a problem too

There is at least two engines that the seller knows of ;D I will make sure I get the bolts when I pick it up (they are in a plastic tub). here is a picture of what it should look like...  |

the kh125 never seemed to be that poular (well in my neck of the woods anyway) but as far as i can recollect it shared its engine with the ke trail bike and also the kx motocrosser and if correct? using kx engine parts could possibly unleash 20 bhp

Glenn.. it's similar to (but not the same as) a KE100, shares absolutely nothing beyond being a 125 two stroke kwak with the KX/KMX range.. Panda - I checked the haynes for you, it says "reassembly is the reversal of dismantling" v |

haha i had one of these... got it cheaper than you tho (was about 10 years ago mind) suprisingly quick if not a bit tempramental... if you want to change at any point for a fun small 2 stroke of this style get A suzuki gp100, quicker than the kwaker and realy easy to work on..... |

Hmm, got a bit of a problem now, as the new kick start shaft that according to the auction is there, had been removed and the seller is selling it on ebay, so i now have to fight to get it back |

. I got the bike for a very cheap £128, but that could be because the engine is in bits 
, but i wanted a project and you cant get much more of a project than that ;D
