lucky me, heard of a cheap crashed busa for sale where my father works, €1500 including a box of spares that had spare crashed fairings which were in better nick...
quite suspicious i thought so i had a closer look, flashed the cash and got it home quick
After a look over it'd didn't seem so bad, which made me more suspicious, no paper work to be had at this point
bought a rad and a headlight for cheap from some guy who whipped out the busa engine for his mini, lucky for me this is common, cheap running gear spares all over the place.
Due to me being a bit inventive with my bike styling choice's (re mad) the father said i couldn't touch it at all, he'll fix it
Got the paper work, had a spin, don't know weather I'm in shock from the utterly effortless speed or the fact a known crasher (37) now owns a 186mph (restricted) bike 2006 with 14km on the clocks or that is cost me only €1700 or that my dad (who should know me by now) reckons i shouldn't sell it
even got a free tank bag with it
anyone else got a cheap fast bike story?
