Right, haveing a bit of trouble with the electrics...
The indicators, the wipers, fan, basically all the swithes on the dash bar the lights don't seem to be working. when i pull them out, wipers for instance, the AMP light on the dash glows bright red, and the needle on the rev clock drops back down, along with the fuel needle. this is the same with all the swithes, like instead of doing there job, they're causing a huge power drain Any ideas?
Cheers

have you been under the dash and looked at the wiring there? also check the fusebox. check earth terminations. in my experience electrics on a lot of cars gets messed about with by people who only think they know what they're doing. i hate dodgy wiring.

That sounds like a fuse gone. I had it happen to me before, its had something to do with the way the car was grounded, but it turned out to be a fuse?

sounds like a bad earth to me. Check the fuse board and all the conections for corrosion. Although, if your not 100% certain what your looking for i'd say it was worth paying an auto electrician a few quid to sort it out. It'll save a lot of grief later on.
