Any one know of someone who would be able to take my car from Southend-on-Sea to Blackburn? (the engine is blown) It obviously needs to go on a trailer. I remember using a bloke called Jamie who I found on here, he has a fully covered trailer, charged me £190 to bring a car up from Devon a couple of years ago.
Any one got any recommendations to people they've used before? I don't just want some random person if I can help it, I want/need to know my cars body work will arrive in the same condition it goes in and all the parts in it will arrive to.

If you can give me a few more details on model, is it complete & free rolling or not & what sort of weight of spares is in it, then I know a reliable bloke who does recovery work & who would should be able to quote (he owns a mint Granada 3.0 coupe, so he's retro friendly).

www.gm-transport.co.uk/Speak to Mark and tell him Sooty recommended you. He is based in Liverpool, so may be able to do you a good price on a return trip to the NW, if you are happy to wait. I'd trust him to move anything. He's also a member on here.

Thanks Guys and thanks Rmad for moving the topic, i didn't even know this forum existed The car in question is a 1990 Toyota celica GT4. It's 4wd and yes it rolls freely no problem. Basically most of the ancillaries are in the boot, and there will be a few parcels on the inside.
