Well I stripped the Zetec S tonight
Lovely little motor, really well thought out, but it has done the usual Zetec S thing of wearing the rings, burning oil and then running No`4 big end
Except this one has spun the shell so its marked the crank and the rod journal as well
So it looks like its scrap.... at least I only gave £30 for it
So to the question...... do I continue down the small and light Zetec S route and source another motor ? seeing as how I already have a lot of other components bought with a view to using this motor....
Or do I say sod it and put a Standard 1800 or 2.0 zetec in with the supercharger and chargecooler assy
