well, here goes a few piccies from friday evening & late afternoon saturday. i did say i'd try to get back down sunday for a bit but i had a saturday night out much like the friday night most people had a A52 ;D bruce showing chris/mark how to change tyres without killing themselves ;D as usual, the first side takes 5 times as long to do as the 2nd chris telling holly willoughby he can't make the ritz because he's at A52 ben grows an extra arm..... there wasn't anything too major happening on the saturday [mainly because of the hangovers i guess...... ] but there were a few motors in the yard getting some attention dan's lexus sat in the air most of the weekend awaiting some exhaust attention from the official A52 exhaust man himself..... .....but he had to fit some so cool seats into the pickup first think we were all glad ryan made it down to have some fun/drinks - i think this was seat swap work aswell..... love this one ;D you can almost hear dave muttering to himself ''i bought cakes & these idiots are eating pasta salads!!!'' this doesn't need/can't be explained ''i wonder what this button does?'' always nice to watch others working ;D well, that's about it from me it was a good time, the time i spent there & no worries on the TV donation guys least it's going to get used & the kids have already filled the corner of the living room where it was with toys/stuff/curse word.......!! here's the set on Flickr - www.flickr.com/photos/ratters445/sets/72157625493877182/ - there's a few more in there & some from previous weekends too. roll on the december playday ;D

Not looking forward to the ones from late Friday night (early Saturday morning...) appearing though ;D Do you mean the one with the matching cap/hoodie combo? The one taken at approx 4.30am....after a rather large quantity of beer was consumed? The one I have right here on my phone? ;D ;D ;D

1989 Peugeot 205. You know, the one that was parked in a ditch on the campsite at RRG'17... the glass is always full. but the ratio of air to water may vary.

Gutted I missed this one (although probably better to miss the hangover!) I was all geared up and ready to roll when I got a call from a mate I haven't seem for a couple of years due to his jetting around the globe with work, back in the UK straight from Copenhagen for one weekend only. Sorry folks, put me down as a definite for December, I'm getting withdrawal symptoms. When is it? PS - More photos please

9th- 11th written in diary in permanent marker.
When I get home I will have stern words with the Marina and outline exactly what will happen to it if it decides to throw a wobbly that weekend as well...

Bloody good photos guys! Chris, that pic of me is now my profile pic, mm cheesy. Again, had a sweet time. Only my second time at A52, but everyone was so friendly! Got a load of photos to add to the pot! One gorgeous HT triumph Fettling Chilling BEER! "Good evening Mr Bond, I've been expecting you" and a good gaming sesh. car porn and welding Thanks again guys, and thanks for putting up with my "removal" of boot sound deadning. See you in December. Also, the load of shots I took last month are on photobucket too. Have a flick through. s1113.photobucket.com/albums/k510/Jonathan_Hawkes/#!cpZZ3QQtppZZ24

Just seen the new dates put up guys for the 9-11 Dec. Will 100% be coming down to this along with my partner in crime Al (205turbo) on here. Due to my new title of non-doorman means i have my weekends back to faff around with old cars and catch up with the A52 massive.
I'll bring a toolbox and a welder down with me along with other gubbins. I don't know the etiquette of A52 these days having not been down there for so long. Anything else i need to lob in the boot?

Glad to hear it! I wouldn't worry too much about the welder but hand tools are always handy as it saves the 'Anyone got the 13 on a 3/8th?' shouting. The main thing to worry about is covering costs you'll need cash for the kitty, food and beer

All the beer, in fact. 'twas an excellent weekend - I'm very much looking forward to the next one. ;D EDIT: (All credit to Hyperbole and a Half. And Ben711200 for mentioning drinking all the things, probably at some point on Saturday morning(-ish).)
