I do this trip regularily most often monthly so if people want stuff relayed along that route give us a shout.
I tend to use one of 2 routes so pick up or drop of along either is no problem.
1. Coventry M42 to M5 then M50 to A40 followed all the way to Lampeter in Ceredigion.
2. M6 to the M54 going past Shrewsbury, Newtown and Telford then going south through Aberystwyth to Lampeter.
The biggest car I have is a 1300 and I cannot tow so nothing immense please. Other than that happy to help for a nice cup of tea ;D
