Guys there is aunit to let in central ayrshire, it can fit 5 cars in the unit, and about 25 in the yard, me, useless inc and one of my mates are wanting to go for it, is there anyone else interested ? if we could get one more then i think it would be a sure thing, post your interest here please  |

it's about 10 minutes drive from Irvine and maybe half an hour at the most from Glasgow. I think it's got a pit and a little office and toilet. It's a little expensive for the 3 of us but if anyone else wanted to come in it starts to get really reasonably priced given the outside storage.

the rate on it is 600 quid a year, so with 4 people it drops to 100 a month each, which is excelent for the size, yeah it does have a pit, an little office and a toilet, so all the facilites you could need I'm going to view it thursday so il take some pics if I'm allowed |

yeah i though i included the rent price in the first post  lol its 350 PCM for the yard, and the rates are 600 a year, so works out at 400 a month total, and with a yard that size we could do some drifting ! |

thats pretty reasonable even between 5 for the things you get.
less than £20 a week all inclusive.

me and useless inc went and seen it today, and fingers crossed we get it the guy is actaully looking for at least a 5 year lease, but if he doesnt get one in the next 10 days its ours |
