Good work, there is a god...or something. More V8's on the road, thats worth turning the radio down for.

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

yeah, it's a really good garage - they do have a sense of humour !! every single person from the garage was gathered around grunting... only a V8 makes a grown man grunt in that primal way!8 (round our way anyway! ) they actually specialise in testing commercial vehicles and dumpall lorries (no jokes!)

i haven't given it the whole test drive properly yet... no insurance at the mo so gonna wait til next week so i'll keep you posted - the gear change is a bit industrial at the mo but the box has been rebuilt so it'll take a while to settle down i wouldthink... shiny... shiny what colour?... it is difficult! I was going to go for a red oxide ... what you think? maybe a satin in red oxide? black gloss ? NOW YOU'VE CONFUSED ME ALL OVER AGAIN !!!!!!

... the only injury I sustained was a bumped head when I let the seatbelt of without realizing the car was upside down and that's not really the car's fault.

i really don't think the panels are straight enough for shiny ! whats worse? A: A poor paint job (ie matt) covering some poor boywork... or B: A good paint job (ie gloss) showing poor body work
