Nice one Gobs, I had the pleasure of seeing this car while Alan was working on it. Very nice car and Alan's welding/fabrication is rather lovely. Looking forward to seeing it out & about soon (Summer Slam, Dathering etc... )

My first road car was a J reg 1500 (in mid 70's) ;D I'll have a dig but am sure I've still got a Haynes manual in good condition somewhere if you haven't one aready.

Bruce - thanks ;D yea Alan has definitely put some work in to the front of the car, I think he has done most of the hard work I have just for to put few bits and pieces back together and do the sill. hopefully it will be back on the road as soon as. I think it's in a good nick for its age Paul.H - Haynes manual will be appreciated, need one of those as I have not got a clue where what goes on these myke - cheers. it really is, has a good interior as well plans for it, at the moment is get it back on the road and enjoy some retro motor engineering. Seth -shh! quietly the Volvo has big ears haha. yea I actuality managed to get a real one. hopefully I can get it running for our next pub meet
