Just got this Rc car, tamiya DF-02. I am making a new shell for it, the normal RC car are so samey. opinions please.    other bodies to make...? |

I am thinking about making one from some battered old ally sheet I have, might be a bit top heavy perhaps.

excellent pics  makes mine look a bit boring , but I still like it  I bought the shell a few years back and just dumped it on a Blitzer beetle chassis and never finished it  |

Looks awesome! Not sure if it's more 2CV or sprint-car though. You'd better get some more permanent texta detailing on there!

love!!! that. ive got a carson with a opel manta mk1 body on it in the attic... should pull it down sometime and get it going again.... was thinking of buggying/rally car it?

any one know a good supply of 1/8th bodies as id love to change my hyper 7 standard body to something different sorta rally cross style etc

just make one, do a cardboard one first and use that for the templates on the metal one,
I'm using old comp cases for my next one.
