thought it would most likely be a four incher. Especially as #22 in my photos seems to be on Midget Rostyles.

Yep, 4" same as Spridget. Or rather Spridget is same as A30 (chronolgically speaking) ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) ![](http://i198.photobucket.com/albums/aa65/sethke/Ex%20Cars/A35001.jpg)

I've a set of Midget Rostyles for mine. I'm going to cut the centres out and also cut the rims off a spare set of A35 wheels before having them professionally mated back together. Far better than having a standard set banded.

4" isnt 101mm its 101.6mm and that .6 is very important cause if you fit 101mm pcd wheels it bends the studs and eventually they will fracture. Anal I know but we don't want any accidents do we? ;D ;D

thanks guys. I've had enough Morris Minors and 1960's Vauxhalls to know 100mm is not the same as 4"... ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) Sorry, that little photo was all I found of that A35 van. You can tell a window van from a countryman in several ways... 1. the van has a vent on the roof, 2. the countryman was stopped production in about 1961. 3. there are interior details different too. 4. there are some other bits I forget as well. Right, off to watch Wallace & Grommit again.

Thanks for finding this thread, as I was trying to find it for some inspiration for my A35 ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) I can sort you out an A40 antiroll bar if you want. Free - just reinburse postage. Midget item also fits and MIGHT be a little thicker. Remove shocks, drain oil and refill with Harley spec motorbike fork oil for a cheap uprating. Longer spring seat bolts with spacer washers will lower front with longer U bolts and blocks for rear. If 948cc engine and no sender space for water temp sender on head then you can get a thermostat cover with sender tapping (this is what I've got on my car and came off early Mini). I managed to fit a Metro fan into A35 blower housing to get extra flow plus two speeds. Paul H

If it's not a typo (i.e. should be 1098cc), then this requires closer examination. Anyone know anything? Oh and Akku, you need an A35 in your life.
