Sill snowing out there. NOt sure if I should post this on here, or whether it will pox the whole deal, but here goes. OK, thought I would show you the future, fingers crossed. When Nicola and I get married in August, we hope to buy this house, with a 30x30 garage. Enough space I guess to shoehorn about 6 mk2 VW Golfs into. Both our existing homes are going onto the market the end of the month, but we can only sell to vacate at end of July, I know it can create a problem, but here's to hoping, and fingers crossed. The garage is down the bottom of the garden, with wheatfields behind, and in front of the house it is the same, very rural , which is what we want. Behind the bush is a garage. Currently the owners have a trampoline for their daughter in front of the one side...... There is another door on the other half, behind the overgrowth, and trampoline..... SPACE !! Current owners use this space as a afternoon sun spot, and it is very private too, which helps keep eyes away from toys and projects. Lastly, to give an idea of the size, this is a view of the rear of the building seen from the wheatfields.

Badly timed photo, he was speaking and explaining that he walks over the top of the roof to dump his garden refuse over into the field, with the farmers approval, as its all organic matter. BUT.... He was slightly curse word

can i live in the garage?! lol I'm guessing its the otherside of the M2 then Its really nice area of kent, i've just helped move my manager into a house in Meopham, lovely quiet place. Fingers crossed for you, judging by the size of the garden and location I'm guessing its a fair bit of wedge!!

Then it can hold 6 Capris too............ I'll need 2 slots straight away. I expect the heated side of the barn, and I expect you to keep them dusted off and waxed. There's some Werthers in it for you if you do a nice job, sonny. Now make it snappy with the mortgage closure, off you go. Don't keep me waiting. ;D

Well to put it this way, Nicola had a 4 bed, 1 garage, and I have a 3 bed, double garage home, selling both will still leave us with a large mortgage, but hey, it feels good to us. Biggest problem is that we are both taking a bath for 15 k each, but then the seller had his house valued at 90k more a couple of years ago.

That's very very awesome.
I wish you guys all the luck with it. It's so important to have a good workspace when you have the hobby that all of us share. Access is also vital! I really hope that it all works out for you!
