Very smart indeed, just needs a little more drop as you suggest...Kwality I presume the Tr6 are 15 inch, hence why they fill the arches so well

That looks fantastic! You beat me to it. I'm picking up a set of battered TR6 wheels and tyres for £5 each on Sunday. I now have (slightly worryingly) six sets of wheels, none of which are on the car but will be from this weekend on. Gold Iron cross alloys: Turbofina alloys: Just bought a set of Celica Supra Alloys: And I'm now trying to buy a set of TR6 steel wheels, trim rings and centre caps: Plus the original Datsun 910 SSS alloys and the stupid modern five spokes that are on the car.

Excellent work Mr Scrap. Looks the billy schizznak. Would faux-wood flanks be a step to far??

Scraping Scrap, how did you lower the Datsun? Cut springs? New springs?

Looking good! Tyres look abit 'baloony' though, are they likely to catch with the extra lowering you have planned?

Love those wheels, good work! I think steel rims will finish them nicely. what diameter are the wheels?

That looks superb ;D I personally like it on the Black Rims Baby Smoothy hub caps on the centres would look cool, or what about a Body coloured Pinstripe on the rim ? Subtle but most effective ;D ;D

looking' good! Keep an eye out for some original Triumph beauty rings. They were for my 'new look' but 1] I didn't want to spend any more money on tyres, 2] I realised how much I love my Lotus wheels, 3] I've still got some TR6 wheels...including two 7" wide ones (thanks JediWorrier!) and 4] Christoff needed some wheels for his Datsun! I considered moondiscs, but that's more money. I was toying with a pinstripe on the outer edge a kind of Nascar look, maybe in yellow (using these?: cgi.ebay.co.uk/WHEEL-RIM-TAPE-KAWASAKI-ZX12R-ZX10R-ZX9R-ZX6R-ZR-STRIPE_W0QQitemZ8027123383Anyway, they look good...but they've made it look higher again!
