My mate Gary owns the blown red 34 at the bottom with the shotgun scoop. You can spot him by his huge hairdo!
Speaking of 34's my dad's one is back out the shop this week badder than ever. Pics will follow...

Here's the 23 T my father built and was featured in Custom Car, or was it Street Machine? It's nice to see it again. He'd sold it by then. Charlie

My car is looking super ratty in that pic!
A good friend of mine was going to buy that austin lightweight special to hillclimb, he was out bidded at goodwood where is was auctioned. Fortunatly he still has his 'jameson 7' its supercharged to 40psi on a cocktail of fuel, and also has twice as many head studs as normal to hold it down!

Hey Charlie, a guy called Maurice Takoor has your T now. You'll be pleased to know it goes on the Euronats cruise across Europe each year. 2004 was the big one and we all ran up about 2000 miles. I thnk the T was one of the few car that had no problems at all, except for a number of good soakings when it rained!

Thanks for the info Johnny. I heard that the car now has a high windscreen. 2,000 miles with the old low screen would be a nightmare. Good to see it out and about.

Yeah it has and he made a roof for it too. You don't get much protection from the elements in a T do ya?!

I remember driving to the Guildford cruise in it with my father down the A3 in the rain - at 40 it was like standing in a shower powered by a wind tunnel. Having a windscreen that protects your legs and nothing else is worthless.
I'd like to see it with a roof. Any pics?
Charlie

My mate Stuart Birds ZS!! The other blue one in the UK. Too many spot lights, and all standard mechanically, but in good condition unlike my rusty old pile of cack! Doesn't sound as nice as mine though!

I'd like to see it with a roof. Any pics? Charlie No sorry, the only ones I have are pre-roof on the 2004 Euronats. I think it was that trip that prompted the roof! It's right at the front of this picture: Edit: Yes we had all broken down, it was quite comedy. Stuck behind a cement lorry doing 20mph for about 5 miles up a mountain in 35 degree heat was just too much for the rods!
