I'm thinking of fitting some mud flaps to the Rocco (along with a lot of other things), but I'm after the ones / similar that are used on rally cars......eg: Now these look like they're homemade from sheets - anyone know where I can get such item(s)? So they will look a bit like this: Ta

Halfrauds and the like and on ebay (don't know if there official though) do the sparco jobbies...

I've just found that Demon-Tweeks do the Kaylan flaps from £8.08 + VAT (but black ones are £28.29 + VAT!!).....they don't give any sizes though so I don't know how much to buy!?!?!?!

Try Rally Design, they sell it by the sheet, you then bend up some alloy to mount them with... www.rallydesign.co.uk. Or any good motorsport supplier in your area should be able to sort you out and advise on size.

;D Like these They are the "Sparco Type" as advertised on Ebay. I have got some new White Kaylan Mudflaps at home that I bought from DT at RCS last year. They were going on the Audi but now thats being sold I guess they are available ;D Just done some on the syncro as well. they were made from the Clear door strips that you drive forklifts through in Factories Bullet proof, clear, flexible and cheap Arco is where you will find that stuff If you want the Kaylan white ones I have, let me know Cost me £25 for the set ;D HTH Dom

ive only just taken in the cage on this thing, man i would like to take a closer look at that!!! Aren't those cages for Safari type events? Or the Australian outback or something? So if you hit an animal it gets swept over the roof rather than in your face...

i have never clocked the cage tied to the suspension mounts on an escort before, and the whole cage looks like an awesome intricate piece of work. The crossed bars at the back certainly aren't your standard piece of kit. Looks like an awesome ride!!
