I've just started eating it (supermarket prepacked basics) and started experimenting making my own NGiri and Maki rolls.
Mainly vegitable or cooked fish ones ATM, partly because the missus won't try raw fish.
Any suggestions for roll fillings.
I've tried smoked Salmon, cooked prawn, tinned yellowfin tuna, red and green pepper and cucumber, spring onion and smoked tofu in various combinations, I plan to cook up another batch of rice and try crabstick and advocado along with the other stuff.
Anyone got any faves for a beginner to experiment with making?
And on a lighter note A spoof on Sushi etiquette. Spot the car references toward the end.
