Hi! Sorry for not posting for a while! anyway, recently I bought a Suzuki Vitara. It was cheap and easy to fix. To celebrate its completion I bought a set of big wheels (£10 from ebay! ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) But had to drive 200 miles for them!) got them painted, (for nothing as Hugh the painter owed me a favour! ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) ) then paid a small fortune for tyres! ![>:(](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/angry.png) Anyway, there was something I overlooked, have a look at the piccies... ![](http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj54/dtuning_photos/DSCF1097.jpg) ![](http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj54/dtuning_photos/DSCF1096.jpg) ![](http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj54/dtuning_photos/DSCF1098.jpg) ![](http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj54/dtuning_photos/DSCF1099.jpg) D'oh!

pull the arches ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) or better option... sell the tyres .. buy some lower profile thinner ones... and slam the vit, stretch and slam on a vitara, whats not to like?

I'll get some extensions. I think it looks quite cool but everyone else laughed and called it a sit on lawnmower!

The stretch idea would look ace but you've already bought the tyres. Get the Fatboy arches, they're usually readily available on ebay.

That will look great with the extensions. IIRC there are 2 types of extension, get the smaller of the 2 otherwise I think they might be too wide. A family member has a vitty on wheels about that wide and its quite cool! Good stuff! ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png)

There's a bloke on here who does bits for Vitara's. Mudbitz I think. On a related note, my local auction had a pink Vitara going through tonight. Must've been a special. Rossini I think it was called. I was almost tempted just to see the look on SWMBO's face when I got it back. Not that tempted though . . .

That's not too wide! have one of my 90 - I'd say this is too wide for what it gets used for, but the tyres cost a bloody fortune so I might as well wear them out before changing. Monster offset and wide rubber (cross-ply!) give it a whole mind of its own on the road ;D ![](http://i620.photobucket.com/albums/tt282/joemortiboy/041.jpg) I'll get you a better shot tomorrow! Joe

Are they pitbull rockers Joe? 35s? I've got some 37s for my Chevy - what size are the rims they are sitting on?

Yeah - rockers 35 14.5 x 15s, they're on 10" cheapy steels with external beadlocks - which puts them out just over 11". they're balanced up with ballbearings, which helps, but they're still a pig on the road! ![](http://i620.photobucket.com/albums/tt282/joemortiboy/024.jpg) joe

I like the wheels, like a cross between a 5 spoke and a slot mag. Similar looking wheel to the Centerline Hammer.
