I let myself loose with a drill once when I locked the keys in the boot of my merc.  In my defence, I knew I had a spare bootlid, so chose to sacrifice the one on the car rather than risk mashing the lock, which matched the set on the car. |

But you'd have to figure out someplace to install the esky to make it perfect. We may have been restricted to just 24 cans per day at major sporting events/religious festivals, but it doesn't mean you still skimp on the necessary items. Barbie + Beer + Sport = Win. And yes, that idiot with powertools - I'm betting/praying on Darwin. Complete and total tool. Doesnt deserve to have a car. Or a tricycle. Or access to electricity and modern plumbing. Definitely shouldn't be contributing to the gene pool in any way. Even by accident - and lets face it, he's too stupid to plan that sort of thing. |

It all happend just up the road from you foxmcintyre, in the car park at HTC. It happened on the same day that the exhaust chose to fall off the car on the way into work as well.

Nah, THIS is how you remove a wheel bolt....   But then the drill failed, so I punished it.  The previous owner had rounded the nut off, I didn't have a welder, and the tyre wouldn't hold air long enough to get it to a garage. Still, got there in the end. In my defense, the wheel was buckled and I needed the car the next day. I have since given up doing things like that, you'll be pleased to hear! Chris |

Apart from the guy being pretty silly, it surprises me how people speak to one another on some other forums. Makes me appreciate what a decent group of people we have here on RR - I'd like to think that even if someone did something as daft, people here would still treat them with civility and respect (well... maybe a bit of mickey taking too...) and not resort to some pretty vicious name-calling. But yeah... it was an extreme way of removing a wheel bolt!  |

well, I wouldn't, but I think his approach was better seeing as to what other people have suggested I.e, drive the car on one lug nut and let the wheel fall off, control the car and go and pick up the wheel... surely that is not how a normal person would think. would they? one word PHAIL! lol |
