This is a good solid example in need of some tidying. It was one lady owner from new until I bought it in August. It's got a fully stamped service book and is still in original spec, down to the original stereo (although the radio isn't working). I've been using it as a daily driver and it drives really well. The worst bit on the car is one rear arch has been "MOT welded" where it meets the sill. There are also some areas of surface rust on the sills and door bottoms, but it all seems solid. I've recently changed the cambelt, and all it needed for it's last test was the welding mentioned above and a CV boot. It's only for sale as my better half doesn't like it, and it's supposed to be a spare car for us both to use.
