Still thinking of 16" steels on my jetta, the 20" steels thread is spuring me on. Can anyone swap the wheels on this pic? I'm thinking these wheels but in off white ![](http://i.ebayimg.com/24/!BQmzIVgBGk~$(KGrHgoOKiQEjlLmVz3(BJ50cuK1Fg~~_12.JPG) on this car ![](http://img1.classistatic.com/cps/l/kj/09/5/14/549/r4/5343mka_20.jpeg) Thats not my jetta, but close enough. I did have a better pic of s black jetta so may update the pic. For reference, the wheels on the car in teh pic look like 14's for me. The steels i want 'fitted' are 16. At teh same time can the car be lowered? I was thinking of getting it low enough to just tuck the top of the wheels. Here's hoping ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) Thanks.

ok, better pic. This car has 15" wheels, so the wheels above, but roughly 1" bigger, in off white, then the car lowered so it 'just' tucks. ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v242/GraemeVW/jetta.jpg) If this is possible in photoshop, and wouldnt take too long then i'd be very gratefull ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

I love the american side marker lights I want ![8-)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/cool.png) Cant stad em myself. I love the way the UK and the USA tend to want each others parts LOL. I was going to swap horn pushes with someone in the US but i found one over here in the end. I now have a leather mk2 steering wheel with a smooth horn pad ![8-)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/cool.png) Matches the leather handbrake handle and gearknob, just need a leather handbrake gaitor now.

I think you right about swapping parts. Its because we want what others havent got and in the UK you don't really see them plus with the orange on my car i think they would go well especially at night ![8-)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/cool.png)

Thanks.
I'm liking that. Maybe an inch or so lower to just tuck the top edge of the rim and a creamier colour on the wheels.
You think there about scale for 16"?
I also have the option of converting to 5 stud and fitting 17, 18 or even 19" steels ;D
Would like to slam it on the biggest tucked steels possible, make it look as cartoony/toy like in proportion as i can.
Would be nice to do something different from the usual VW wheel norm.

played about with it abit more. I'm guessing the scale is completly off but this might be a bit closer, bar the removal of the back door - that was just me ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png) ![](http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y290/mephistonx/car%20stuff/wheelchangenchop2.jpg)
