took a few days since the parts arrived in waves. and i think its 1/10th. the buggy next to it is 1/8th.
also is the vent on the bonnet slightly to the side on actual rx7s? mines a little to the right when looking at it from the front

So is it set up specically for drifting, or are you just having fun with the RWD set up?

its 4wd and it has plastic rings around the wheels to make it drift. i think a rwd setup would be too hard to control

That's pretty cool, it's a good model, and I always loved those real life mkII RX7s, there are two in a garden in Gourock for some reason.

i converted my 4WD RC to RWD and it was quite fun and more realistic as it was a Skoda, but not used it for a while...

i had a rwd truck for my first one. that was pretty hard to control and that had proper spiked ruber wheels. the rx7 would never work as a rear wheel drive unless i put proper tyres on. might be interesting though! might try it soon.
the models ok but the photos don't show the poor job i did with the decals. the rear window frame ripped whilst i was trying to get it to fit

thats a good idea for a new project. ill have to get another shell though since they are sprayed on the inside and it would be a lot of hassle to respray it. any pictures of the car youre thinking of?

iv decided i love that rx7. especially in the bottom picture.
all i can imagine is pulling up at the lights next to some chav boy racer and being laughed at only to wipe the smug smile off their face when it wildly urinates all over their tupperware saxo.

Yup in real life turbo FC RX-7's have the bonnet vent off to the side as well..... thought I'd let you know.
That green FC is grotesque.... definitelt not my cup of tea. I'd prefer a nice simple white, low as hell, running deep dished Longchamps XR4's.....
