New headlights look far cooler! And the chequered bonnet bit looks good, different Just buy a second set of standard springs, and cut yours to get it slammed (i cut 3 coils from my front springs, and 2 from the backs) Then when it comes to registering the car, swap the second set of standard springs in = stock height! It'll take a few hours work, but worth it imho! Good luck! Sounds strict, I like the British laws, goes through an MOT with cable ties holding them up so they don't drop when they raise the car hehe, score

Regarding the wheels, I assume you know that the BMW wheels are 5x120 PCD whereas your Benz is 5x112? Also the BMW may have a smaller centre-bore - Mercs have 67.5mm which is rather big. I'm not sure if wobble bolts could absorb 8mm difference in PCD or not. It may be easier to find some wheels in the right PCD as the offset will probably be more suitable too. Keep up the good work!

As BenzBoy says, E34 wheels would probably not fit. You could have them re-drilled to suit but considering the centre bore of the wheels is quite large, it might not be possible.
E34s are 5x120, centre bore 72.5mm. ET 13-20
Looks excellent BTW, love it!

Keep up the good work! yeah they don't fit but as whitbytom said they could be drilled but won't do that just not worthy , seen merc with them they don't look right so the new plan is hubcaps and maybe with whitewalls

raised the catalyst today but it still scraping on speed bumps need another idea to sort this !? Is it scraping badly? Very low cars often scrape to some extent - my Benz's downpipe would scrape going over speedbumps. I just drove very slowly over them! I can understand your concern though, cats aren't exactly cheap if it gets broken.

One thing that improves the looks is if you paint the plastics inside the headlamps satin black.
