this is my porsche 924 I got it about a week or so ago after being stored for 6 years its not in bad nick the the drivers seat just needs a bit of TLC and the dash has seen better days but over all its not that bad I put a new battery on it a some fresh juice in it and after a few turns of the key she came to life and after the smoke cleared I left it to tick over for about 30 mins let the fan cick in and all seems ok so I have 1 or 2 other bits I want to do to it like a full service and a few repair jobs so il keep you informed and keep taking pics anyway let me no what you think thanks for looking ![](http://i886.photobucket.com/albums/ac62/andpand/S7300370.jpg)

Nice colour, its good to see more 924s cropping up on here. Such an underrated car (although this seems to have stated to change!)
don't worry about the lack of power steering, once youve driven it a few times you don't even notice.

Thanks but my car looks shocking up close at the moment.
As for the headlights, there just Mk2 Golf crystals abused until they fit, not a difficult job at all.

Looking forward to seeing some progress on this. I've even considered trying to find my old 924 lux - XAR 391X - that I owned in Kent. I'd love to get it back again.

If you lower the rear, you need to re-index the torsion bars in order to get it to handle spot on. Many haven't and find it fine, but I've heard they can handle funny without the re-indexing.
