I have seen on here somewere that a company that make American style number plates but i cannot find it.You type in the colour and style.They do europe style as well thanks.

i've always got mine from States Plates, States Plates The Grove Hawthorne Hill Dogdyke Lincoln Lincolnshire LN4 4UZ 01526 344460 but last time I looked they don't have a website Dogdyke, I'm not even going to tell you what image THAT conjures up!  |

They have been in business for ever. As I recall you have to write fax or leave an answerphone message LOL. Funny firm to deal with but they have an advert in like the first ever Custom Car magazine... You can also try www.states-plates.com/ who appear not to be the same people. But might be. Who knows. |

I got my two plates today from state plates and there great but i am now after a long plate now same as the ones from state plate press steel with a boarder but oblong so it fits in the rear bumper of the fire truck.State plates don't do them any other company that do euro plates thanks

Are there any legal plates in US size?
Ive heard there are, but i cant find any.
What do you do if you have a US car and it only has a space for a US plate?

Yes, there are legal plates for American cars ( and suitable imports ) .You use a 12x 6 plate with British motorcycle characters. They DVLA link I have is dead but have this one instead:- www.craigsplates.co.uk/import-number-plates.htmlYou can fully legal pressed oblong /squareali plates with the smaller Euro letters from Framptons. |

Looks like an anti static strip to me... So does it perform the same function as a subway ring? Or what does it do? allegedly stops static electricity build up reducing shocks, car sickness and anything else the manufacturer thinks you might believe ;D |
