Has anybody heard about this idea? www.pipelinecard.org/Its a discount fuel card that you can register for, if they get enough subscribers there going to aprroach the oil companies and negotiate cheaper petrol. I'm not sure it'll work but i've put my name down anyway

Before the Americans invaded Iraq this time round petrol there cost 8p a litre. That's probably a realistic cost. The rest is tax. Before anybody approaches the fuel companies, head for number 11 and ask Mr Brown if he'd let you off a few pence.

Cuba? Have you been there? I love the place and I'm a big fan of a bit of communism in the sun. But you can't get decent petrol there and there are no parts available. In fact, there is nothing for sale. Worth a visit before Castro pops his clogs if you get the chance.
