EPIC! Well done - how does it feel; A) Now that it's finished B) To be one of the first to use it C) To have been a major part in the design/proposal etc.... Looking forward to seeing some shots of this develop its patina and being used. Thanks MM. Feels great to be finished. Like a big weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I was constantly worrying whether the machines were still going to be there every morning. I feel lucky to be one of the first to ride it. Being so closely involved, it gives you a sort of sense of ownership, and that you want to look after it. Massive massive sense of achievement, and I hope the kids in years to come get plenty of use out of it. I was hoping we'd get some good graffiti but I read the sign and it says that graffiti is prohibited, so it'll probably get washed off as soon as any goes down, even if its really good Edd

Looks like a great park you've had made there. I can't see why you'd want to "ruin" it though with Graffitti, because no matter how good or proffesional it is once thats there it opens the flood gates for the talentless, "i woz ere" crew. Anyway enjoy it while we still have semi decent weather

The park is epic! I wish I had something like that locally, especially of that quality. Well done sir!

thats a great park well done but on a sadder note how long before the chavs hoodies and local druggies take it over as a meeting place as they have done where i live ?.the true enthusiasts which it is meant for get bullied off ! unless mr 4x 2 is applied gently to them

that is the biggest downside of skate parks, they do seem to attract some less that favourable fellows.... but i guess you just have to get round it :/ had any good sessions at the new park yet then?
